In the Spring of 2004 a Cayman landmark, the Caribbean Club, will be demolished to make way for the new Caribbean Club. On 300' of the best beach, the new project of 36 units will include underground parking, a world class restuarant with room service, exercise facility, beachfront pool, on-site management and a rental pool. Completion is estimated to be by Christmas 2005.

It will be sad to see the 18 cottages disappear but within the new complex there will be 6 beachfront units which will retain much of the unique stand alone quality of the existing cottages. Units will range in size from 3,000 sq.ft.
